Thursday Morning Bustello

From the front page of today's Wall Street Journal:
Insurgents Hack U.S. Drones, $26 Software Is Used to Break Key Weapons in Iraq; Iranian Backing Suspected
Not a good start to the morning (h/t to Joe).

A friend's commentary:

We have the most powerful, supposedly most sophisticated military in the world, and a $26 off-the-shelf CD is enough to breach security.

Read yesterday's Friedman here.  As usual, he's saying what I'm thinking and thinking what I want to be saying.

And the Mets are going to sign Jason Bay for way too long and entirely too much money.

OK: enough with the negative stuff.  The "O Antipons" begin today.  Christmas is near.  And no matter what the news can throw at us, we can all bank on Christ here, now and for the duration.

You have no choice but to become a Phillies fan. Pulling for them in the Series was the first step. The Mets won't be competitive for another 5 years or so. Search your feelings, you know it to be true.
